So far so good with my Fitness Quest and my goal of incorporating working out back into my daily routine. I have been making a conscientious effort to remind myself to workout and not to slack off. Today I printed out a calendar for December & January so I can actually write in what I actually did for exercise that day. I also started keeping track of my measurements as of today, so that I can track my progress in that department. I figure the more I write things down, the more I will keep myself accountable to following through with my fitness efforts and will actually accomplish my goals.
